Henrique Vieira

Henrique Vieira is shaped by a varied professional path. Graduated with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto, he developed a set of complementary skills that inform a unique and multidisciplinary outlook across architecture, mechanics, music, branding, and lighting. In recent years, he has dedicated to research on light, connecting historical, artistic, physical, and technical perspectives. This work culminated in the formulation of an operative framework in which light is understood as an active agent in architectural practice, shaping space, perception, and experience.

Manuel Alão

Manuel Alão is an Architectural Lighting Designer based in Porto, Portugal, with over 20 years of experience creating light for museums, theaters, restaurants, and private residences. His work blends technical precision with creative vision, shaping spaces that are both functional and emotionally engaging. He has also designed light sculptures for festivals and served as technical director for theaters and cultural events, managing complex projects and large teams.
